Triathlon : Olympic Distance

I will compete in this years Philly Triathlon —my first Olympic Distance (.9 mile swim / 24.8 mile bike / 6.2 mile run).

I don’t know how “competitive” I will be within the field of athletes, but within the context of my life and experience, it will be a great achievement. My goal is to cross the finish line in under 2:40:00.
This morning I completed my third 1000 meter training swim.
