red dragon : planters box

I built this 5′ x 3′ raised planters box three weeks ago on a whim—no plans, no preconceived notions other than knowing I wanted a Japanese red maple.
This box contains a few annuals, but also hardy plants such as:
Savannah (ruby grass), Pepermint, Eucalyptus, and a “Red Dragon” Laceleaf Japanese Red Maple.
